The 21-years old Spaniard has the chance to fight for the crown in the new class this weekend at his home track, the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia. Ahead of the finale two races at 16:15 today and 10:05 local time on Sunday, he is well placed in second of the overall standings, just 19 points behind the series leader. Garzo will start the races from the second row.

But for the moment, it’s time to focus on the two races ahead this weekend! Let’s do this!”

“I’m more than happy, it’s very good news to know we are retaining for the 2020 FIM Enel MotoE World Cup. Hector has been with Tech3 for several years now, in the CEV, the Moto2 World Championship replacing some of our riders and doing so far, a really incredible season with us for the first year of MotoE. We are very proud to have Hector as a top rider, but also as a friend, because he is a true friend with human values that are so important to me. It’s great to continue with him. Let’s hope we finish 2019 on a high note and everything is looking very promising for 2020.”
