Who We Are

Roadracing World Publishing, Inc. is a high-performance motorcycle news and entertainment service, providing content over a variety of media formats. Products include Roadracing World & Motorcycle Technology magazine (available in print and digital editions) and www.roadracingworld.com.

The official website of the Roadracing World Action Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization promoting motorcycle road racing safety education to help prevent injuries at the racetrack, is hosted at www.roadracingworld.com/actionfund.

How Data Is Collected and Used

  • Order & Subscription Fulfillment: We collect data provided when ordering a product or subscription to fulfill requests. Online digital magazine subscriptions are processed through PageSuite, which maintains subscriber database access under PageSuite’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Direct subscription orders are processed in-house.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: Personal information (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses) is not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers solely to assist in order fulfillment, auditing, data analytics, or sending notifications on our behalf.

  • Email Communications: We may contact customers via email or phone regarding orders, subscription status, product updates, contests, or policy changes. Promotional emails may be distributed via services such as Constant Contact. Recipients may opt out at any time by emailing [email protected].
