MRA Appoints New Vice President To Fill Vacant Position

MRA appoints Phil Pleiss to vacant vice president position

Denver, CO – With the recent election of Jeremy Alexander as
MRA president, the MRA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that in
accordance with Section 5.4 of MRA By-Laws (Article V. Officers, sec. 5.4
Vacancies), they have collectively chosen to appoint Phil Pleiss to
Alexander’s vacated position of vice president.

This appointment leaves the rider rep/trophies & class sponsorship position
previously held by Pleiss as vacant.  At this time, the Board of Directors
intends to appoint a new rider rep, again in accordance with MRA By-Laws
Article V. Officers, sec. 5.4 “Vacancies”.  Candidates must be active MRA
racers and will be expected to instruct during superstreet sessions and at
the new racer school in April. This rider rep term will last through
November 2020.

The MRA Board of Directors will accept resumes from interested candidates
