David Alonso led FIM Moto3 World Championship practice Friday morning at Mugello, in Italy. Riding his Valresa Aspar Team CFMOTO on Pirelli control tires, the young Colombian lapped the 3.2-mile (5.2 km) circuit in 1:55.818. Not only was that fast enough to lead the field of 26 riders, it was also fast enough to break Tatsuki Suzuki’s All-Time Lap Record of 1:56.001, which he set in 2021.
