On October 24th the 47th the WERA Grand National Finals will be at the Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama. Take time to come enjoy not only the crowning of over 80 Champions but the Barber Museum which has something for everyone to admire.  Mr. Barber has worked hard to have motorcycle history on display in this grand space and everyone who has any interest in motorcycles should take the time to walk through this display.

Also at this year’s Grand National Finals Lori and Derek Bennett located on the second tier down will host their Halloween shenanigans with a bounce house for kids 15 and under on Friday and Saturday – Trick or Treating for the kids will be Friday night as well as a kids costume contest which begins at 8pm on Friday.  The Bounce house will open Saturday till late afternoon.  Saturday after dark Stickboy Corners will have music, movies, games and more.  There is an Adult Costume Contest at 9pm on Saturday – so make time to visit Stickboy Corners and enjoy the festivities.

WERA would like to give a shout out to some folks who will support this event with food for Corner Workers and Officials on Friday – Blackhawk Racing has been running the season with us an we look forward to spending time with them Friday!  Our trophy sponsors for this event include Cumberland Group/Scott Parker; Jeff Cavinder with SAS Racing; Jeff Green with BLUD Lubricants; Brian Van and Crew at Sport Bike Track Gear.  Road Rash Trophies will create some of the best looking awards for us.

Also want to give our 2019 Sponsors and Partners – N2 Track Days with the Endurance; the AMA for the co-sanction and support this season; Lucas Oil Products; Pirelli, Michelin; STG; CFF of Atlanta; Pit Bull; SAS Racing; Dynamic Motorsports – without them our season would not be possible and we hope to see all of you in 2020.

So come on out – see the WERA Champions for the 2019 Season earn their crowns!
