CMRA: Sneed Wins Formula One Race At Hallett

AIDEN SNEED SHINES AT HALLETT

Hallett Motor Racing Circuit, Jennings, OK: September 30-October 2, 2022

The CMRA held its eighth round of the 2022 race season at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit in Jennings, Oklahoma.

Young racer Aiden Sneed secured a victory Saturday’s Formula One race on a Yamaha 600, edging out seasoned riders Joe Feco, who rode a Suzuki GSX-R1000 to second and Alan Phillips, who took third on a Kawasaki ZX-10R.

From Aiden, “I pushed so hard against these guys. They sure made me work for it. Special thanks to Dunlop Motorcycle Road Racing Tires USA for keeping me stuck to the ground and Jimmy Cambora with Raceworx USA for adjusting my suspension for me.”

On the podium in Sunday’s Formula 1 Expert Race was Alan Phillips in first, Joe Feco in second, and Phillip Lawlis in third, with Phillips’ best lap time at 1:16.84, Feco’s best at 1:16.83 and Lawlis’ at 1:18.
