CMRA Racing This Coming Weekend At NOLA Motorsports Park

CMRA at NOLA Motorsports Park This Weekend

This coming weekend, March 13-15, the Central Motorcycle Roadracing Association (CMRA) hosts its second round of the 2020 race season at NOLA Motorsports Park in Avondale, Louisiana. The track is located just 20 minutes southwest of downtown New Orleans off of Business 90.

Friday is a full day of practice and CMRA Racer School. Registration and Tech open for all activities at 6:30 a.m. The full weekend’s event schedule can be found here: http://www.cmraracing.com/2020-schedule/

Saturday’s schedule includes Big Bike, Mini and Ultra-Lightweight Sprint races, and the second round of the CMRA Ultra-Lightweight Endurance Series with an 8 hour race. The day concludes with the trophy presentation and trackside Meet & Greet.

Sunday’s schedule is jam-packed with a full day’s worth of competitive CMRA Championship Sprint races.

Gates open each day at 6:00 a.m. and we race rain or shine! Weekend tickets to the event are only $20 on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and just $10 on Sunday. Kids 12 and younger are free. There is a $5 wristband refund for participants leaving Saturday night – turn in your wristband at the gate as you leave. Tickets are good for the entire weekend. Ride your street bike to the event and you’ll pay just $5 for entry on both Saturday and Sunday! A spectator lap of the track will be conducted during the lunch break on Sunday, schedule and weather permitting.

Please note that NO PETS are allowed at any of the CMRA race events.
