MV Agusta Factory Tour Part One (with a little history)

Roadracing World’s Sam Fleming and Melissa Berkoff visited the MV Agusta factory in Varese, Italy in April 2022.

It is very rare to be able to video inside a modern motorcycle factory so you can join Sam and Melissa in a detailed walk through the factory to learn about just in time inventory, machining valve heads and crankcases, the pros and cons of undercut forged transmissions, and how the beauty and quality of MV motorcycles are built.

This is a multi-part series.

Part One has a little context and history of MV (while watching Melissa ride a 2022 F3 Superveloce) before starting the factory tour.

Most of these videos are unscripted and had to be shot contemporaneously with the tour so forgive any verbal slips or the handheld nature of the camera work.

We hope you find this look inside the factory as fascinating as we did. Please let us know in the comments!
