GALAXY GEEKS & MOTO-HEADS UNITE FOR FUN & CHARITY IN THE CALIFORNIA DESERT.
The 1st Annual SWOOP GP is a unique, outdoor, family-friendly, cosplayer-friendly, themed charity event combining the two worlds of SW Fandom and motorbike racing. The event will take place on Saturday, July 31st and be the second day of a three-day motorbike weekend at Willow Springs International Raceway’s Streets of Willow. Friday will be a track day and Sunday will feature track activity in the morning with a 4-hour endurance race in the afternoon.
SWOOP GP will feature costumed characters, motorbike races, saber shows, music, food, contests, games, photo stations, a marketplace for vendors, prop-makers and collectors, and more. In addition to offering an unforgettable experience, SWOOP GP will also raise funds and awareness for some great charities – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles and Make A Wish Foundation of Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada.
