TrackTactics teams up with Arlen Ness and Superbike-Coach Corp. Murrietta, CA “” TrackTactics is pleased to announce its two newest members to the TrackTactics family. Arlen Ness and Superbike-Coach Corporation have joined in helping TrackTactics get more street riders on the track. Arlen Ness and Superbike-Coach Corp will be working closely with TrackTactics in order to bring some new and exciting benefits to our fellow riders. Arlen Ness, Located in Dublin, CA, is well known as the master builders of custom production motorcycles. Additionally, Arlen Ness has been leading the way in the racing world with their revolutionary riding equipment. Attendees of all future TrackTactics events will have the opportunity to rent their exceptional equipment at an inexpensive rate. Erik Steiber, a Director of TrackTactics, states: “This will be a key ingredient to getting riders off of the street and onto the track”. Rentals will be available online at TrackTactics.org. Can Akkaya, the coach and owner of Superbike-Coach Corp., is a professional motorcycle riding specialist with over 29 years of experience. This experience includes being involved in multiple European racing championships, setting numerous track records in Europe, as well as a being a test rider for Race Bike Engineering. Can Akkaya has also written a very successful book titled Racers Story which will be available in the US shortly. With Superbike-Coach Corp, you can get one-on-one instruction with Can Akkaya. This is an excellent opportunity to take your skills to the next level and become a more competent rider. Can Akkaya is now working with TrackTactics by offering his coaching expertise to all of the Beginner Group riders at each of our events. The Beginner Program will give all new riders the confidence and knowledge to ride safely on the track and the street. Buttonwillow Raceway has been fantastic by continuously providing the track services and assistance required to put on a wonderful track day. We would also like to thank Michelin, Lucas Oil and RaceTech Suspension for all the great help and contributions to our cause that they have made. With all their help, TrackTactics can achieve the goal of a safer motorcycle community. TrackTactics has been in saving lives since January of 2009 with their statement, “Track days are for everyone”. TrackTactics started when a group of friends found out one of their friends had passed away in the canyons. “This was our wakeup call”, stated Raj Singh, President of TrackTactics. Since then TrackTactics has developed a working relationship with several track day organizations as well as started their own track days in March of 2010. These events include a beginner program which teaches the new track riders the fundamentals of motorcycle riding and the techniques to operate their motorcycle more proficiently wherever they made ride.
