Shiloh Sisler, the wife of WERA racer Chad Sisler who died at Summit Point Raceway this past weekend, is asking racers and riders to donate to the Roadracing World Action Fund in Chad’s memory with funds designated to go to Summit Point Airfence. This is a selfless request on part of his grieving wife, who says that, “I know Chad would love to help protect other riders and that is why I want to make this happen for him.” Shiloh and Chad were married only two short weeks before his passing. They returned from their honeymoon, in time for the race weekend. Shiloh described Chad as “an amazing man (who) loved racing so much.” They have never spent a single day apart for two years. Shiloh explained that, “As some of you know I watched him wreck and was the first on the scene to see him. This is extremely hard for me and the images haunt my memory but I want you all to know how amazing my husband is.” To help prevent a similar situation from happening to any other family, Chad’s family and Shiloh “would like to…purchase more Airfence and help make the track a lot safer around that bridge for anybody interested in donating anything.” Please donate to the Roadracing World Action Fund in Chad Sisler’s memory. Designate funds to Summit Point Airfence. The Roadracing World Action Fund, a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization, will keep track of the donations made in Chad’s memory and will issue receipts for those donations.
