New Jersey Motorsports Park Announces Phase IV of Exotic Car Garage Project

Phase III Exotic Car Garages – SOLD OUT

MILLVILLE, N.J. (November 9, 2018) – Following the completion and sell out of Phase III of the Exotic Car Garage (ECG) project overlooking Thunderbolt Raceway this month, New Jersey Motorsports Park (NJMP) to announce Phase IV through Phase VII.

Phase III, located in an 8,800-square-foot building, consists of seven Exotic Car Garage units ranging in size from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet, sold its final unit on Nov. 1, 2018.

Available options and upgrades in Phase IV included an outside deck overlooking Thunderbolt Raceway, elevated loft with staircase, mechanic tool packages, lifts, kitchenette, restrooms, hospitality spaces, home theater and upgraded electric source.

“When I found out NJMP was building Exotic Car Garages on the track I was one of the first to buy. As a racer and collector, the convenience of having my cars there was a key selling point,” said Phase I ECG owner Jerry Raffa. “Since then, I’ve customized my 1,500 square foot garage to hold six cars and a lift, as well as adding a 500-square-foot loft, kitchenette, bath, and a deck where we have front row seats to all the races. My NJMP custom garage was originally built for me, but I share it with my race team buddies, and use it with my family almost every weekend.”

Phase I, II and III of the Exotic Car Garage Project has proven to be exactly what enthusiasts are looking for; with added standard features, the demand for Exotic Car Garage units continues to rise, creating the ultimate motorsports lifestyle.

“After purchasing a Villa at Breighton and joining the Drivers Club a few years ago, I was captured by the excitement and development of Phase I of the Exotic Car Garages,” said Bobby Brown, Phase II ECG owner. “The Exotic Car Garages provide a perfect fit for me, my collection, and my passion. I’ve built a home away from home, which allows me to spend time with my family, friends, and my hobby all at once.”

NJMP is excited to announce the project’s fourth phase, featuring eight trackside units totaling 10,500 square feet. Phase IV plans call for units ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet.

Standard features in Phase IV climate controlled garages include: sprinkler system and CO2 detectors, water and flood drains, 24-hour security, asphalt driveway, landscaping, sewer and cable connections, lighting, an entrance door, ground-level sliding glass door, and ground-level patio.

Exotic Car Garages at New Jersey Motorsports Park allows car enthusiasts and collectors to transform their garage dreams to reality – each garage as unique as the owner. NJMP becomes a home away from home offering extensive amenities including a clubhouse, pool, restaurant, outdoor go-karting, paintball, a Drivers Club and more.

Phase I, II, and III of the Exotic Car Garage project marks the completion of the first zone of exclusive track-side real estate. Phase IV is the first phase in the second zone.

“The Exotic Car Garages have been a great addition to the infrastructure at New Jersey Motorsports Park, and phase IV is another example of that continued progress,” said Lee Brahin, NJMP managing partner.

R.J. Valentine, NJMP managing partner said “The all-inclusive motorsports lifestyle we are creating offers unmatched value.”

Phase IV deposits are being accepted beginning December 1, 2018. All inquiries and questions related to the Exotic Car Garages project should be directed to (856) 327-7201.
