Strack Racing’s Mathew Scholtz won the red-flagged and restarted MotoAmerica QUAD LOCK Superbike race on Saturday at Road Atlanta, beating OrangeCat Racing’s Sean Dylan Kelly by 6.630, with Warhorse HSBK Ducati FLo4Law’s Cameron Beaubier third after crashing in qualifying and starting from the seventh row. Wrench Motorcycles’ Cameron Petersen finished fourth, while OrangeCat Racing’s Jayson Uribe completed the top five. Rahal Ducati’s PJ Jacobsen crashed in qualifying, suffered a concussion and withdrew from competition for the rest of the weekend.
