Rossi Attila Moor ready for Magny-Cours: Round 4 marks the midpoint of the season.

After a first part of the season marked by steady progress, Rossi Attila Moor is ready to take on the fourth round of the FIM MotoJunior Moto2 World Championship scheduled at Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours in France.

The French event will mark the midpoint of the season and will also be the final round before the summer break. Following Magny-Cours, the championship will pause for approximately one month and ten days before resuming on September 6 in Valencia.

The American-Hungarian rider, supported by title sponsor Révész Racing, arrives at the fourth round of the season holding seventh place in the overall championship standings, after showing continuous progress throughout the first three rounds.

At Barcelona Rossi finished the two races in 13th and 10th place. At the following round in Estoril, he secured ninth and eighth place, while at Jerez he achieved his best result of the season so far, advancing directly to Q2, qualifying 10th on the grid and finishing the race in seventh place.

Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours represents a new and demanding technical challenge. The French track is 4.411 kilometers long and features 17 corners, with a layout that combines heavy braking zones, strong acceleration, rapid changes of direction and sections where precision, stability and proper bike management will be crucial. Moto2 bikes are expected to reach a top speed of approximately 285 km/h.

The weather forecast indicates mainly summer conditions throughout the weekend. High temperatures are expected on Friday and Saturday, while Sunday may bring cooler and potentially more variable conditions. Weather could therefore become another important factor in setup preparation and technical decision-making.

Rossi and his technical crew will aim to continue the development path shown during the previous rounds, improving both qualifying performance and race pace while further reducing the gap to the leading riders.

“We arrive at Magny-Cours after three rounds in which we have improved step by step. At Jerez we achieved our best result of the season, but we know there is still more potential. Magny-Cours will be a new and very technical track. Our goal is to work well from the opening practice session, take another step forward and finish the first part of the championship in the best possible way before the summer break.”
