REV’IT! is proud to announce the sponsorship signing of pro road racer James “the Rocket” Rispoli. James, an American two time AMA Pro Racing SuperSport Champion, runner-up AMA Pro Singles Dirt Track racer and multi-record holding Bonneville land-speed racer will be making his debut in the Motorpoint British SuperSport Championship with Team Traction Control owned by Keith Flint (front man of the band The Prodigy).

Rispoli is no stranger to the British Superbike Series having had two end-of-season wild card rides in as many seasons. According to James, “my move to race full time overseas is a big change and step forward for me. The people, country, tracks and rules are all different. It’s a new start and I am looking to take my career to the next level. In doing so I wanted to surround myself with multi-national partners that were like minded, and could match my enthusiasm, passion for sports and dedication. I found that enthusiasm in my discussions with REV’IT! Managing Director Ivan Vos and I’m super excited to start a new journey with REV’IT! and do my part to help continue to build on the great reputation they have in the industry.”

Ivan Vos commented, “It’s great to have James on board with REV’IT!. He is an accomplished young rider with a lot of potential, enthusiasm and an exciting style of riding. His personality fits the REV’IT! brand very well which we consider specifically important. We look forward to his positive results and lasting relationship.”

Rispoli has been training in the off season at his home in Daytona Beach Florida gearing up for his first series of tests with his new team mid February in Spain.
