From a press release issued by EastsideMotoSports: Mike Sullivan will be racing the WMRRA circuit under the EastsideMotoSports banner in 2008. He will be competing for the number one plate in the 600 SuperSport, 600 Superbike, Formula Ultra and Open SuperSport. Mike Sullivan has dedicated his life to all aspects of motorcycle racing. Mike is now in his fourth decade of the sport – from his days as a nationally ranked dirt track racer competing in short track, half mile, mile and TT racing to competing on nearly every major roadrace track in America. He has also compete internationally in France and New Zealand. Versatility is Sullivan’s forte. He has been able to adapt to any type of machine – from 250cc Grand Prix bikes to 1000cc Superbikes. Sullivan ranked in the AMA top ten in national point standings for eight years, won the Formula USA National Championship in 1999, and has won the WMRRA Overall Number One Plate five times most recently in 2003 and 2004. EastsideMotoSports Racing is thrilled and honored to have Mike as one of the team. His experience and expertise will benefit all who compete with him, said Mike Tobin Team Captain
