Autobahn Country Club Event May 2-3 Re-Scheduled for August 22-23

As of April 20, 2020

After consultation with Autobahn CC management, we agreed the most prudent action for 2020 would be to postpone this event until later in the season. Fortunately, ACC was able to open the August 22-23 weekend up for us to use and we are grateful for their assistance in this move.

All riders pre-registered have already been transferred to the new event date, if you’re still planning on attending, you need to do nothing, we’ve done it for you.

If you cannot attend that date, instructions are listed below for you.

All riders may transfer pre-entries using the dollar amount paid. (No administrative fees.)

Full rider refund of pre-entry fees in the form of payment used for entries. _(No administrative fees.).

We appreciate your patience and support during this difficult time for our country as well as our sport.

UPDATE, our Fort Worth office is under a “shelter in place” order until at least April 29, 2020. This means that for now, the best way to contact us is via email. If you call or fax something to us, there is no guarantee when we will be able to respond, but all three of us have daily access to our email. We will update you if, or when, the situation changes.
