VW Credit, a lender to automobile and powersports dealerships, has filed a lawsuit in King County (Washington) Superior Court charging that Howard Crow and several of his Seattle area dealerships defaulted on payments on $2.7 million in loans used to finance the purchase of 170 Ducatis and other equipment, according to a report by the Seattle Times website.

Five dealerships owned by Crow, an employee of Microsoft, abruptly shut down earlier this month, according to a previous report by the Seattle Times.
