Yari Montella was fastest in World Supersport Free Practice One (FP1) Friday morning at Donington Park, in England. Riding his Barni Spark Racing Ducati Panigale V2 on spec Pirelli tires, the Italian navigated the 2.5-mile (4.0 km) course in 1:28.907, which was fast enough to lead the field of 33 riders and break Nicolo Bulega’s 2023 All-Time Lap Record of 1:29.018.

Former MotoAmerica Supersport regular Valentin Debise was P5 with a 1:29.990 on his Evan Bros. Racing Yamaha YZF-R6.
