World Supersport: Bulega Breaks Lap Record, Takes Pole At MotorLand Aragon

Nicolo Bulega took pole position during World Supersport Superpole qualifying Saturday at MotorLand Aragon, in Spain. Riding his Aruba.it Racing Ducati Panigale V2, the Italian recorded a lap time of 1:52.306 around the 3.1-mile (5.0 km) circuit, which broke Lorenzo Baldassarri’s 2022 All-Time Lap Record of 1:52.706.

Yari Montella was second-quickest with a 1:53.030 on his Barni Spark Racing Team Ducati, and Althea Racing Team’s Federico Caricasulo claimed the third and final spot on the all-Ducati front row with a 1:53.170.
