WERA GOES TO NEW ORLEANS!

The riders of the WERA Sportsman Series will be competing at NOLA Motorsports

Park on September 24and 25! On the 25th the riders of the Pirelli/WERA National Series will join them for a Round of the 2016 Pirelli/WERA National Challenge Series co-sanctioned by AMA!

Racing action begins at 12:30 on Saturday with 15 Sprint races on the schedule. Sunday’s racing will begin at noon and will feature the Pro 600cc Superbike Expert race with a purse minimum of $750.00! The Michelin/WERA Superbike Class is also on Sunday’s Schedule!

This is the last chance qualifier to compete in the Yamaha bLU cRU R3 Cup Finals at the WERA Grand National Finals next month (October 20-23) at Barber Motorsports Park. Riders have to compete in two prior ESS Class races on a Yamaha R3 to qualify for the event at the GNF! Both days at NOLA will host the ESS Class and the final round to qualify if you only have one race in the books will be on Friday, October 21st at the GNF! Don’t be caught out – get you’re two races in and join us for the Yamaha bLU cRU R3 Cup Final on Sunday at the GNF!

The GROM Cup by Honda will also run with our mini riders both days this weekend at NOLA – another class which will have a purse at the GNF on Saturday when we run the GROM Cup by Honda Final!
