Utah Motorsports Campus Sale Agreement Reached Between Mitime, Tooele County

After three years of trying, an agreement has been reached between Tooele County, Utah and Mitime Utah Investment LLC to finally sell the 511-acre motorsports complex located in Grantsville, Utah, known as Utah Motorsports Campus.

The final selling price is $18.55 million.

The deal is currently in a 14-day public comment period and could be approved by a vote of the Tooele County Commission in a scheduled meeting September 25, according to an article published today at www.tooeleonline.com, the online presence of the Tooele Transcript Bulletin newspaper.
