We will be ushering in the first US event of the year just in time for the holiday season. Proudly displayed will be the panoply of Ducati Performance Apparel, Technical Gear, and Corse sportswear. Athens’ finest hospitality servers will trade in their martini glasses and soda siphons for Ducati leather jackets and Team Corse wear on the runway. They will be strutting their stuff clad in Ducati Performance’ best in a bid to win the cash prize to be decided by audience reaction. In the unlikely event of a tie, the executive committee headed by lifetime motorcycle enthusiast and AMA Hall of Fame member Dave Despain will tally the deciding vote for NPR Ducati’s favorite cast member. Refreshments with an Italian theme will be courtesy of Watkinsville’s own Mirko Pasta. Bulking the larder-come early as it won’t last-is the top secret recipe Georgia coastal shrimp whisked to NPR and prepared by reclusive AMA champion Dave McClure.
