Rich Oliver crashed in the “Keyhole” during the session and was transported to the Mid-Ohio infield care center to have a laceration in his ankle sewn up.

Derek MacKelvie King also crashed in the 250cc morning warm-up and was diagnosed with a suspected wrist fracture according to Mid-Ohio officials.
