Update: Attack Kawasaki’s Steve Rapp won the AMA Supersport race at Road America in runaway fashion, but after the race he was disqualified for using an “illegally modified” rear tire. Graves Motorsports Yamaha’s Ben Bostrom was named the race winner over Erion Racing Honda’s Jake Zemke and Josh Hayes. The race was run in damp-but-drying and foggy conditions. Second Update: Rapp was disqualified for using a DOT-labeled rear Pirelli modified with extra hand-cut grooves during the first portion of the red-flag-interrupted race. He used legal DOT-labeled tires, front rear, for the second portion of the race.
