Track Day Rider Adam Houghton Wins Teknic Xcelerator Gloves In Roadracing World Contest

Track Day Rider Adam Houghton, of Carmel, Indiana, won the Josh Hayes “Mississippi Madman” contest, presented by Teknic. The contest was introduced in the November 2010 issue of Roadracing World magazine and ran until December 31st. Houghton’s name was picked in a random draw. Houghton won a pair of Teknic Xcelerator Gloves, which is the same model of glove that AMA Pro Superbike Champion Josh Hayes wears. Houghton is a track day rider and rides a Ducati 998. Houghton was grateful to Teknic and said of his winning, “I’ve been using a Teknic jacket for the last year and have been impressed with the quality, protection and comfort so I’m extremely excited to find out I’ve won a pair of Teknic gloves.” Stay tuned for more contests and winners on RoadracingWorld.com/contests.
