Track Day Circus Coming to UMC Summer 2021

[Grantsville, UT] Three prominent track day providers have teamed up to create a unique event for the summer of 2021. With the goal of creating an experience that delivers more than just track time, Apex Assassins, Legion Moto, and TrackDaz have joined forces to create the Summer Track Day Circus – a two-day event that will be held at Utah Motorsports Campus on July 2nd and 3rd.

Center stage will be the 3+ mile long UMC outercourse. With its famously long and high speed straight and technical sections like the infamous “Attitudes,” this is enough to challenge and entertain any track day junkie.

In an effort to be the “The Greatest Trackday on Earth,” the event promises to have plenty of off-track entertainment and activities. Details are still coming together but the organizers plan to leverage the UMC facilities to deliver entertainment both during the day and in the evening. Rumors include stunt shows, shenanigans, a raffle, a BBQ dinner, more shenanigans, games, and a bearded lady.

“We are aiming to have a carnival atmosphere in the pits. Being able to watch Dustin Coyner from TrackDaz get dropped into cold water wearing a tutu in one of those dunk tanks is worth the price of admission,” said Apex Assassins’ Richard Findlay. “But seriously, we wanted to create an epic experience at a track not many have had the opportunity to ride (an event that would be a bucket list item), so we got the best organizations on board to get it done.”
