From a press release issued by TARRC Race Director Gary Stiles:

Due to recent events surrounding the revocation of Arizona Motorsports Park’s special use permit by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Team Arizona Roadrace Club has been forced to cancel the January 31-February 1 T.A.R.R.C. event.

Pre-entries received for this event will be refunded promptly. At this time no rescheduled date has been announced.

Representatives for Arizona Motorsports Park are currently fighting to re-open the facility, the outcome of this litigation will determine the status of the remaining 2004 dates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
