Strange Sights In Southern California: Somebody Paid For Airborne Messages To Paris Hilton And Her Parents And Added The Number 269

One of the banners includes the number 269, which is the number run in AMA Pro Superbike races by racer, former Presidential write-in candidate and apparently reformed marijuana advocate Johnny Rock Page. Reached by cell phone, Rock Page declined comment. Count it as another strange thing seen in Southern California.
