SUNNYVALE, Calif., (July 18, 2013) – Shorai Inc., a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of prismatic cell, lithium iron phosphate power sports batteries, today announced the launch of its all-new website design. As part of its brand expansion campaign, Shorai’s new website focuses on the end-user by making sure information is readily available and easy to access with its updated look, improved visuals and simplified navigation. Created with the user experience in mind, the website has been optimized using the latest in internet browsing technology to ensure the site is compatible with today's search engines and mobile devices. New content will continue to roll out over the coming months as more features are added to increase functionality.
“Our main objective of the redesign was to create a site that will provide up-to-date information to the public in an effective manner. After months of designing and testing we are extremely pleased with Shorai’s new website,” said Kevin Riley, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Shorai. “We have added more graphics and images throughout the site and have worked to ensure the e-commerce system in place is better than ever. Most importantly, today’s users are searching the internet on smartphones and tablets in addition to traditional computers so Shorai’s new site can be easily viewed across all platforms.”
Shorai also utilized the website redesign to highlight the company’s continued expansion, partnerships and growth within the motorcycle and powersports industries. The new website site prominently features Shorai’s relationships with the Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing team, participation at industry events such as the American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) and the Progressive® International Motorcycle Shows (IMS), its newest commercial programming on CBS Sports and Speed TV, along with a more expansive listing of its most trusted distributors like Tucker Rocky, Batteries Plus and Interstate Batteries.
Designed from customer feedback, visitors to the new site can benefit from more up-to-date content that is easy to navigate and share with others.
