Earl Roloff, Sr., the father of the first-ever Formula USA Champion and former AFM and ARRA Champion Earl Roloff, Jr., died February 23, 2012 in Coastal Hospice, in Salisbury, Maryland. He was 83. A “Celebration of Life” ceremony is being planned and will be held in San Diego, California, according to Earl Roloff, Jr.
