Holland, MI – Riders Discount Vesrah Suzuki is currently auctioning off a custom Saddlemen seat used by 2012 Daytona 200 winner Joey Pascarella on his 2012 Suzuki GSX-R600 during the AMA Pro Daytona SportBike season finale at the NOLA Motorsports park. The seat features Joey’s name and number embroidered down the center in bright pink, as well as pink leather accents at the front and back. Pascarella originally came up with the idea for the seat as a way to raise breast cancer awareness, and all proceeds from the auction will go to the Keep A Breast Foundation. The auction began Tuesday, October 30 and will run for 10 days in the Riders Discount eBay store. You can reach the auction directly at the following link: ~http://www.ebay.com/itm/370680151044~ Joey Pascarella – “For our last round at NOLA, my team manager Bree and I came up with an awesome idea to have a pink seat for breast cancer awareness. She got on the phone with Saddlemen and they were willing to make a custom pink seat for the race. Breast cancer isn’t something that has affected my life personally, but I know it has hurt other people and families all around the world. I’m glad that I was able to represent and support in my own way.” Breeann Poland, Team Manager – “Joey wanted to do something to promote Breast Cancer Awareness Month and came to me about the seat. I thought it was a great idea for a great cause and I’m very thankful that Saddlemen was willing to work with us to make this happen!” About the Keep A Breast Foundation: The Keep A Breast Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization whose mission is to help eradicate breast cancer by exposing young people to methods of prevention, early detection and support. Through art events, educational programs and fund-raising efforts we seek to increase breast cancer awareness among young people so they are better equipped to make choices and develop habits that will benefit their long-term health and well-being.
