Report: Dovizioso Renews Commitment To Ducati MotoGP Team Through 2016

Italian Andrea Dovizioso has renewed his commitment to Ducati and will remain with the factory’s MotoGP team through the 2016, according to an article on the official MotoGP website.

The announcement was made today at the Misano World Circuit, in San Marino, where Ducati is hosting its World Ducati Weekend for thousands of Ducati enthusiasts.

Dovizioso joined Ducati in 2013, which turned out to be a difficult season with a fourth place in the rain-affected French Grand Prix his best result. Dovizioso finished most races in 2013 in the second half of the top 10.

Things have started turning around for Dovizioso in 2014, and he has finished on the podium twice so far this season.
