Pets Named After Famous Racers, Part 21: Rossi And Biaggi The Cats

Patricia Lawas of Kensington, New Hampshire sent in photos of cats Rossi and Biaggi, with a note: “I work for a Ducati/Aprilia dealership in New Hampshire and my boss suggested I send in a picture of my cats – Rossi and (Maxine) Biaggi. “Although they were litter sisters they were also fierce competitors, often seen fighting for top position on the podium (also known as the cat tree). And, to show her love for the sport I’ve included a picture of Rossi making a bed out of my Dainese leathers. “The cats are owned by me and my husband Ken.” Do you have a pet named after a famous racer, or know someone else who has a pet named after a famous racer? Send an in-focus pet photo (as a jpeg file) along with the name of the pet and the name of their human or humans, to [email protected] . The photo may be featured on roadracingworld.com during slow news days.
