(Nov 2, 2013) – BP Racing is proud to announce the addition of the 2012 Daytona 200 winner Joey Pascarella who will be competing in the Daytona sportbike class on the BP Racing Yamaha R6. Team Owner Mike Hammett comments “We are honored to have such a talented young rider joining our team and believe that Joey can help develop our DSB bikes so we can run up front with the rest of the field.” Team manager Ken Chewey states “After talking with Joey we knew it was a good fit, and we wanted to choose the option that was going to give us the best success in 2014. We know Joey has proven results on the R6 and is extremely comfortable on the Yamaha. Joey will also be able to help Sebastiao Ferreira in Daytona sportbike by getting him used to going all out right from the start.
