Paving has already begun on the 3.87-mile, 19-turn Full Course, and cut-throughs will allow for five different configurations. A dirt tri-oval, an off-road course, and a rally car track are also part of the project.

The track is owned by PF Racing, a professional automobile racing team based in the greater Kansas City, Missouri area.
