Strack Racing’s Mathew Scholtz took the MotoAmerica Motovation Supersport pole at VIRginia International Raceway on Saturday with a best time of 1:26.505, narrowly edging out teammate Blake Davis by just 0.002 seconds. Rahal Ducati Moto w/XPEL’s PJ Jacobsen finished third, followed by Celtic/Economy Lube+Tire/Warhorse HSBK Ducati’s Cameron Petersen and Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki’s Tyler Scott in fourth and fifth.
