Max Van from SportbikeTrackGear.com will make his MotoAmerica Junior Cup debut this weekend at Barber Motorsports Park

Thank you to all our STG Customers for your support which makes this all possible!

Max Van, age 14, will make his MotoAmerica Junior Cup debut this upcoming weekend at Barber Motorsports Park on a SportbikeTrackGear.com Ninja 400. Max has been racing with WERA, riding track days with Sportbike Track Time, and shipping packages in our warehouse all summer long in preparation for this amazing opportunity to ride with the fastest young racers in the country. He is looking forward to this next step in motorcycle road racing and excited to compete with the rest of the MotoAmerica Junior Cup field.

Max’s father, Brian Van, will serve as Max’s Crew Chief. Max will receive additional support from his mother, Marcine Van, as well as James Fox and Dave Bavol.

“It takes a lot to prepare to race at this level,” said Brian Van. “We are fortunate to have some great customers, friends, and partners helping us make this happen. I am expecting this first race weekend with MotoAmerica to be a ton of fun and full of challenges. We plan to do Barber and Indy this year, followed by a full season next year — as long as Max is having a good time and still working hard.

“In addition to the racing, Max and I are looking forward to seeing our friends and customers during the weekend. If you are at Barber for the race come on over to our pit and say hi.”

Max Van is proud to be sponsored by Helmet House, Shoei Helmets, Vortex Racing, M4 Exhaust, ABC Printing, Spiegler, Sportbike Track Time, Pop Shadow Decals, and Mom and Dad.
