Quarterley Racing’s Nathan Gouker took the MotoAmerica Talent Cup pole on Saturday at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. Team Hammer’s Jake Paige was second in only his second ever session at the track after he missed the opening practice on Friday. Team Roberts’ Kensei Matsudaira finished third, Yamaha BLU CRU Estenson Racing’s Sam Drane was fourth, and Real Steel Honda’s Derek Sanchez rounded out the top five.
