Attack Performance Estenson Racing Unveils Superbike for 2019 MotoAmerica Season

PHOENIX (March 29, 2019) – The Attack Performance Estenson Racing team is excited to unveil its livery for the 2019 MotoAmerica Superbike season ahead of the series opener at Road Atlanta in Braselton, Georgia on April 5 – 7.

Attack Performance has been involved in motorcycle road racing for nearly three decades, and for 2019, in collaboration with Estenson Racing, the team will field two-time MotoAmerica Supersport Champion JD Beach aboard the Attack Performance Estenson Racing Yamaha YZF-R1.

“The biggest thing for us this year is partnering with Estenson Racing,” said Richard Stanboli, owner of Attack Performance. “After just a short meeting with Tim Estenson, it seemed like it was going to be a pretty good partnership. Both of us are personally involved in motorsports and for Estenson to get involved in road racing will be really good for fans of both disciplines, flat track and road racing. It’s also great that he’s backing JD, who has had a lot of success in racing but hasn’t been able to take that one step up to Superbike that I think he’s been dying to have.

“JD has really been learning every step of the way. He’s very attentive with the data and the feedback has been great. We keep making forward steps. It was a little bit of a wet winter so it put us back a little bit. But we’ve overcome that in the past couple of tests and now we’re gearing up to go and do battle.”

Coming from American Flat Track, Estenson Racing makes its first foray in Superbike racing thanks to the partnership with Attack Performance.

“My first love is flat track, so I never really saw myself getting involved in road racing,” said Tim Estenson, owner of Estenson Racing. “JD is one of those riders who has so much natural talent. Very few riders these days can compete at a high level in both sports. I also knew how important it was for him to not only keep road racing, but get the opportunity in Superbike. I’m happy to give him that opportunity to make his mark in the premier classes in two different sports, and happy to have a partnership with Attack Performance. Both Richard and I have the same mentality for success and the love of motorcycle racing. I’m really looking forward to our first season in Superbikes.”

In addition to the support of partner Estenson Racing, Attack Performance returns with a powerhouse lineup of new and returning sponsors: Yamaha Racing, Maxima Racing Oils, Track Daz, SBU, Graves and Superlite.
