Riding his Pirelli-shod Liqui Moly Dynavolt Intact GP Kalex on the 2.53-mile (4.08 km) track, the Spaniard broke the All-Time Lap Record Of 1:40.229 he set yesterday during the practice session with a time of 1:39.913 to lead the field of 28 riders.
David Alonso was the best of the rest with a 1:40.037 on his CFMOTO Inde Aspar Team Kalex.
Tony Arbolino was third-fastest with a 1:40.164 on his REDS Fantic Racing Kalex.
American Joe Roberts finished Saturday morning’s practice session 23rd with a best time of 1:41.505 on his OnlyFans American Racing Team Kalex.
