More On The WERA Sportsman Event This Coming Weekend At VIR

PIRELLI/WERA SPORTSMAN SERIES AT VIR AUGUST 1 & 2!

The Pirelli/WERA Sportsman Series presented by Marietta Motorsports for Northeast/Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regions will be at VIR on August 1 & 2! This event will feature the Amish Racing Heavyweight Superbike and Superstock Classes, the OneVision Senior Superbike Classes and will feature the RBoM SV Challenge. The RBoM SV Challenge will run in the WERA Lightweight Twins Superbike Class and will be for any rider on a Suzuki SV650. There is a purse at this event of $4,000.00 in this class which will pay the winner $1200.00; 2nd – $600.00; 3rd – $450.00; $4th – $400.00; 5th – $350.00; 6th – $300.00; 7th – $250.00; 8th – $200.00; 9th – $150.00 and 10th – $100.00. Entry fee for this class is $100.00 and will run under WERA Rules.

Come out and join us for a great weekend of racing at the beautiful VIR North Course and enjoy seeing some of the best motorcycle Roadracing! Camping is available and tickets will be available at the gate!
