900+ Attend Benefit Motorcycle Ride Sponsored By Indian Motorcycle Long Island
Over 900 motorcyclists from across Long Island and New York City came out for a benefit motorcycle ride and barbeque for US Army 1st Lieutenant John Fernandez, a Rocky Point, New York native, who suffered disabling injuries while on active duty in Iraq.
The June 29 benefit, organized by the Indian Riders Group of Long Island, and sponsored by Indian Motorcycle Long Island located in Smithtown, New York, raised more than $17,000.
