With the AMA paddock set up and ready, the road course at Mid-Ohio is currently occupied by a group of street riders being led around by a pace car, reaching top speeds that appear to be pushing 60 mph. The street bike track day was scheduled instead of a Thursday practice for privateers–who were excluded from factory team tests held at the Ohio facility last month–to use to set up their bikes. Exciting new development: The pace car has exited the track and the street riders now on course appear to be exceeding 70 mph on the front straight!
