Erion Racing Honda’s Josh Hayes posted the quickest time in Thursday morning AMA Supersport practice at Miller Motorsports Park in spite of crashing on his second flying lap. “I just cased it on a curb over in Turn 19,” said Hayes, who was uninjured in the incident. Hayes said he lost about 30 minutes of the hour-long session while his CBR600RR was repaired. He then resumed practice and posted a lap of 2:53.206 to lead all riders.
