Friends Of Fallen NESBA Control Michael Moore Holding Airfence Fundraiser July 14-15 At New Jersey Motorsports Park

Air Fence Fund Raiser Booth located in Thunderbolt paddock during CCS/ASRA Weekend at NJMP July 14-15, 2012 Mission: To raise money through donations, all of which will be directed to the Roadracing World Action Fund for the deployment of air fence barriers at NJMP and other tracks. Donations accepted at our booth in the Thunderbolt paddock during the July 2012 CCS/ASRA race weekend. Donations can also be made on-line in Mike’s Memory at ~https://secure.echoalley.com/actionfund/~ To honor Mike Moore in this weekends events, Dave Yarnall requested and will be running Mike’s NESBA bike # 353 for the Team Challenge endurance race to be held on Sunday the 15th at 11:30. The first $6,000 raised will receive matching funds. Mike Moore #353 was fatally injured when he hit the unprotected armcobarrier in the Thunderbolt chicane on November 6, 2011. Mike was an Instructor for the California Superbike School and became a Control Rider for NESBA in October 2008. In August 2010, Mike was named the Mid-Atlantic Director for NESBA and was very passionate about the safety of all track day participants and motorcycle racers. About Our Mascot “¦ Ganesha. Ganesha is a very popular Hindu deity who in part takes the form of an elephant’s head. He is widely revered as the Remover of Obstacles. As motorcycle enthusiasts, we are always striving to remove the obstacles in our minds that block us from going faster. Raising money for air fence deployment helps to remove the physical obstacles we encounter on the track.
