Pocomoke City, Maryland Fischer Motor Company is pleased to announce that we have shipped the first Fischer MRX motorcycle. Serial number 001 was sent to a customer in Minnesota on April 3rd, 2009. “This is a long road, but to finally see the first MRX leave our shipping dock was a proud moment for all of us,” said company president Dan Fischer. The 2009 MRX is an American built sport motorcycle suited to everything from daily riding, to sport touring, to full on road racing. The MRX gives riders MotoGP-derived chassis geometry in the world’s first one-piece production motorcycle frame. The unique single piece, twin spar, cast alloy frame features a trellis substructure for maximum torsional rigidity and controlled lateral spar flex for maximum grip at extreme cornering angles. Sport bike riders will appreciate the standard Ohlins suspension and Brembo brake components, Woodcraft-licensed billet aluminum clip-ons, and light weight alloy wheels. Behind the beautiful composite bodywork’s dramatic styling riders will find a modern digital instrument cluster mated to a genuine leather seat, adjustable riding position, and large fuel capacity. The MRX is as comfortable a street bike as it is a racetrack weapon. Powered by a 90 degree V-twin, 650cc, DOHC, liquid-cooled high performance engine with Mikuni fuel management, the MRX is strong, smooth revving, and reliable. At only $7999, the American-built Fischer MRX is The Affordable Exotic. Learn more about the MRX at www.fischer1.com
