Ducati fans are gathering at the Santa Monica Raceway in Misano Adriatico for three days of motorcycling passion and non-stop activities on June 9th, 10th and 11th. The Mad for Motors event is the result of cooperation between Ducati, the Santamonica Raceway and Fiat. Ducati, with support from Fiat, will manage the many activities in the paddock and the smaller practice tracks while the Santa Monica Raceway will manage track sessions on all three days. Fiat and Ducati are together again – yet another collaboration between two prestigious Italian brands following the recent launch of the Panda Monster accompanied by its muse, the Ducati Monster 695. Ducati fans, with and without motorcycling skills, will join in the paddock for activities, prizes and events. Winners will be named for a variety of games and one overall winner will be awarded as The Bravest Monster of All. The competitions on Friday and Saturday will lead up to the winning ceremony during happy hour on Saturday afternoon. Other exciting activities in the paddock include test rides & test drives, remote controlled model cars, go-carts, mini motorcycles and much more. This is an unforgettable meeting to celebrate all the “Monsters” (with both two and four wheels), dance to the music, win fantastic prizes and keep the adrenalin flowing as we get ready for the next WDW coming in 2007! Mad for Motors guarantees fun and entertainment, all in the name of motorcycling passion. To reserve track time for the event, contact the Santa Monica Raceway directly.
