From a press release issued by Team Manager Eddy Brunet of Diablo Performance Racing of St-Laurent, Quebec, Canada:

DIABLO CARRYING PROUDLY THE SUZUKI BANNER!

The new racing season is just around the corner and our team is fidgeting with anticipation! Winter is no hibernation season for us! Our team has undergone many positive changes since last season. We reached an agreement with professional rider Kevin Lacombe who will join last year’s Diablo racers Michael Leon and Ugo Levert.

With a fleet of 11 Suzukis (5 GSX-R1000 and 6 GSX-R600) ridden by our three professionals in the Pro Open Superbike, Pro Open Supersport and Pro 600 Supersport categories, the Diablo Performance Racing Team is more than ever Canada’s largest privateer road racing team.

Besides our sponsorship by Suzuki, we also reached an agreement with Bardahl, renewed with Teknic Leathers as well as EBC Brakes, Armour Bodies and are in the process of finding new partners.

We will test our new acquisitions and additions at Willow Springs International Raceway in California; the whole team will be racing there March 15, 16 and 17th as well as April 19, 20 and 21st and we will keep you informed of all the further developments.
