Dane Westby Racebike To Be Donated To Barber Motorsports Museum Thursday

The Yamalube/Westby Racing Yamaha YZF-R6 ridden by the late Dane Westby to a pair of AMA Pro Daytona SportBike race victories at Barber Motorsports Park in 2014 will be donated to the Barber Motorsports Museum Thursday, June 11 at 5:30 p.m. CST.

Yamalube/Westby Racing Team Owner Tryg Westby, the father of Dane Westby, will make the donation.

Dane Westby was killed in a freak streetbike accident in his hometown of Tulsa, Oklahoma, just three weeks before the start of the 2015 MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Racing Championship season.
